This book accidentally became a cookbook for sale after I passed a Shaw Academy nutrition course and a specialist told my partner he had to lose weight for his health. Neither of us wanted to go on a diet, lose weight, go back to normal and put all the weight back on again. We’d already done that a few times before.
We both like tasty food, so we put together lower calorie recipes of the food we like to eat. I put these all together into a cookbook on an online book making site and people we knew saw the book, tried the recipes and it worked for them too.
That was 4 years ago and we’ve since lost and kept off over 35kg between us.
These recipes are not a diet – they are a change to eating tasty, lower calorie, normal food, everyday.
