This book is a fantastic and informative guide to a group of plants which will never lose their appeal to students of British flora..

Hardcover, 366 pages. Printed by Collins, 1951.

38 black and white plates,61 colour plates.

Some of the pages, as well os the cover and dust jacket, have noticeable foxing,but the majority of pages are clean and tidy, and the colour plates vibrant and lovely. Slight "old book" smell but nothing major.
