Description

Companion planting in New Zealand / Brenda Little Hard cover . (1996, 1982). 95pp. Excellent condition. Coloured drawings illustrate throughout.

'What do you understand by "companion planting?" I asked a friend. “Marigolds with everything”, he said.

From snippets of wisdom like this and years of coping with gardens where Nature was indisputedly boss the author worked out a system of gardening which relied more on observation and common-sense than chemical control.
This is a collection of tips that have worked for gardeners – why they do remains a mystery but as the writer says “It’s all laughably simple, costs nothing …. And does no harm”.

Pick up from Island Bay.
