A First Edition, 1998, 88 page, hardback book with jacket "W.W. Stewart 20th Century New Zealand Railway Painter." A hard to find book of W.W. Stewart's exquisite paintings of New Zealand Locomotives including information about each and every one. This great artist lived until 1976, so this book is a memorial to a man who dedicated his life to writing, painting and photographing transport. Book is in very good order other than one tiny fixed tear to righthand bottom corner of jacket (would need to look very closely to even see) and is well illustrated in colour throughout.
