'Animal Research Takes Lives : Humans and Animals Both Suffer' by Bette Overell
Published by The NZ Anti-Vivisection Society (INC) 1993
Hardcover, 368 pages, photographs.
In good condition, library stamp on top edge, all pages clean.

In November 1990, in attempts to destroy the Anti-Vivisection movement, the NZ Government in collaboration with the pro-vivisection alliance distributed the propaganda booklet "Animal Research Saves Lives".

This book, "Animal Research takes lives - Humans and Animals both suffer" is the NZ Anti-Vivisection Society's response to ARSL's unsubstantiated claims and blatant lies which NZAVS demolish with meticulously sourced evidence.

This is the only book of its kind produced in Australasia.

This book comes packed with numerous photographs and even the authors personal dedication inside front.

There is a summary included at back followed by recommended reading and index. All of this in depth info is within 368 pages of compelling reading.
