Bailliere's Study Skills for Nurses and Midwives (3rd edition). Bought new in 2009 for nursing studies, no longer required. In good used condition, had a flick through and could only see 3 wee bits of highlighting. There might be a little bit more highlighting lurking somewhere but I'd say that's the bulk of it. I've twinked out my name and phone number in the front of the book (see picture).
