Renovating your bathroom or kitchen? Need to box in pipes or you just got a lot of external drywall corners in your project?

This board is ideal for DIY people because with this product it will take you less time and materials to build pipe housing or normal external drywall corners.

When you are creating external corners with traditional dry wall products you will need a metal corner bead and 3 coats of plaster to finish a corner. With our new plaster click board you can create external corners in one single click! No corner bead or plaster needed, paint finish in one click :)

The board has got strong pvc protection what will give the corner a great hard wearing finish (pic)

This action is for the double click boards for when you require a u-shaped construction. Please see our other listings for the single click boards (one corner).

How to install;

1. Measure the length and width of the object/wall/bulkhead you would like to enclose.

2.Cut to size with a skill saw, Stanley knife or hand saw. You will need to cut the pvc click system with a skill saw or handsaw.

3.Remove the lock strip @ the back of the board.

1. Click the board in place.
2. Install the board using glue and plaster board screws, done!

The boards are manufactured by Knauf, Knauf is the second biggest plaster board manufacturer in the world.

The boards are designed for wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms.

The double click board are 13mm thick and are 3000 mm long. We do different widths ; 900 mm (300 x 300 x 300 when clicked in place) 600 mm (200 x 200 x 200 when clicked in place)
