How it works;

• Work must be essential*
• Contact by way of email only
• We will email your order confirmation
• Online payment prior to collection
• Upon receipt of payment collection notification emailed
• Collection time ensures only one customer is loading, avoiding customer overlap
• Designated collection point is secure and safe ,off the road outside our front gate
• Your order will be clearly labelled with your invoice attached
• No interaction with Timber Dealers staff upon collection
• If your order is not collected within the provided timeframe it will be placed into secure storage.
• You will have to email requesting a new date/time slot
• Please do not just turn up unannounced, toot at the gate or send us smoke signals

I know not the usual friendly customer service you're used to, we're just trying to do our part whilst keeping everyone safe and out of harms way.
