We have lived in this portacom for two years while our house was being built.

This has been converted into a two bedroom space with an additional storage room. The heater/air con unit is in one room and a plug in wall heater in other. There was a sprinkler system in the roof, we removed this and plugged it to make sure it was water tight. We also replaced the fluorescent lights with smaller lights. This was originally used as an office block, we carpeted the rooms and created wardrobes/ shelves to divide them.

The units power is supplied by an external caravan plug.
