Solar cells on roof and large storage batteries power lights, water pump, large fridge freezer and small under counter drinks fridge. Gas powers the steel oven, hot water and bain marie. There is a large fresh water tank, double sink and waste water tank. It is also wired for 230v with a caravan plug and wall outlets. Has a gas detector. Was used for training purposes with an espresso machine on loan from the coffee suppliers (since returned).
