My Good Health's apple cider vinegar, 4 Litre. is double strength 8% acetic acid with mother intact and it needs to be diluted 50/50 with water, which will give you around 4%, the strength for most uses including ingesting, cleaning, preserving and making sauces.
A big saving on shipping costs.
Many of the Apple Cider Vinegars that you will find in the health food shops and supermarkets have been pasteurised and filtered. This destroys and removes the 'Mother' (a ball of living enzymes that floats in the vinegar), and other nutrients making it pretty much useless for anything other than a table condiment. Also many of these vinegars are made from apples grown using an apple concentrate and harmful chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

Our vinegar is in its natural state and neither pasteurised nor filtered leaving the Mother intact with all the living enzymes which are crammed with goodness, and if brewed correctly is responsible for many of the beneficial properties of the vinegar.

Produced and batch brewed in Nelson in small quantities by a craft wine and vinegar-maker with over 40 years’ experience and his philosophy is to brew the best and to hell with the rest.
Some of ACV’s active ingredients are soluble fibres in the form of pectin, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, thiamine, lycopene, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin and beta-carotene.
It also contains other minerals like sodium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron and magnesium. All of these powerful substances work together and make ACV very effective as an antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal tonic.
ACV contains vitamins, minerals, and enzymes important for keeping humans and animals healthy.
Vinegar, brewed especially for a high acetic acid can't qualify as being organic but our apples are grown in sunny Nelson under organic principles.
