The most common failure of electronic scales is failure of the load cells. When animals move on a platform or a pallet is dropped on the corner of a platform it can cause high impact loading's and lighter load cells will fail.

Our scales come standard with 4 steel load cells each one rated at two tonnes capacity, each with a 50% overload margin above this figure. Our units are built tough for farm use.
