MT3 Machine Rigid tap holder set. Set of 5 pieces tap size range M6/8, M10, M12, M14, M16mm. Made to ISO tap standard

We have used these in a CNC machining center using rigid tapping cycle. The tap slides into a square and held in by a sprung loaded clamp on the shank of the tap. Fast and accurate changing of worn taps. More secure than using a collet chuck and no pushing back. And cheaper than most alternatives.

Approximate Tap shank sizes M6-8 = 6.3mm M10 = 8.0mm M12 = 9.0mm M14 = 11.2mm M16 = 12.4mm

Also ideal for use in your lathe tailstock and drilling/tapping machines.
