Dr. Schutz Clean and Strip is a top end Mild cleaning agent for cleaning and stripping newly installed or heavily soiled vinyl, linoleum, rubber and resin floors. Removes the remains of old care products, stubborn stains and adhesive residue. 5 ltrs x 3

CONSUMPTION: 1 l = 30-50 m² (domestic use) and / or 1 l = 6- 10 m² (commercial use, undiluted)

APPLICATION: CLEANING AFTER INSTALLATION: Remove coarse dirt with a sweeping brush or vacuum cleaner. Dilute Clean and Strip/Schutz Stripper with water in a ratio of between 1:5 and 1:10. In case of particularly stubborn residues (e.g., in the commercial sector) use undiluted if required. For low levels of dirt adjust the strength of the solution as appropriate. Apply the cleaning solution to the floor area, distribute and allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes. Clean the floor surface using a scrubber, Padmaster System or Monodisc SRP (+ suitable pad or scrubbing brush). Take up the loosened dirt with a Spray Extractor with hard floor adapter or rubber blade and an absorbent wide-headed mop. Mop the floor with clear water until completely clean.

STRIPPING: Remove coarse dirt with a sweeping brush or vacuum cleaner. For domestic use, dilute Clean and Strip/Schutz Stripper in a ratio of 1:5 with water. In the commercial sector, use in concentrated form or diluted in a ratio of up to 1:3 (depending on the resistance of the protective film), spraying the floor with clear water before use if necessary.
