A compact entry warning system is designed for use in shops, restaurants, warehouses etc. to alert you to the entry of customers and visitors.

The system consists of one send/receive unit which transmits an IR beam across the doorway onto a prismatic reflector mounted on the opposite side. The beam is reflected back to the receiver to complete the circuit. This means that wires only have to go to one side of the beam.

When a person walks through the beam, a siren or buzzer sound is made. The warning buzzer can be mounted in a suitable location (not just in the doorway).

-Extension Speaker ($41) - This neat and compact buzzer can be mounted further away from the door as an extension alarm. The volume of the buzzer is adjustable and the sound output can be selected by a slide switch to either: Alarm, Off or Chime. The sounding time can also be adjusted from 3 to 30 seconds. Supplied with mounting hardware and a 10m lead and an adjustment screwdriver.

-Counter ($55) - Add this module to the beam and you can now count the number of time the beam is broken. Counts from 0-9999 and comes with 1 20 meter cable that supplies both signal and power to the unit so you can mount it in a convenient location away from the door.This add-on is a must have for the serious retailer to easily measure the store traffic to sales conversions in their store.
