Very detailed, lots of photos, ranging from ice creams, chocolats, petits fours, danihs, gateaux, croque en bouche etc....... I have used them very successfully in my businesses in France and NZ (cafe and pastry shops and bakery), they are in mint condition (no stain). I bought them over 30 years ago and they are the best of the best buyer will not be disapointed
Only down side is they are written in french but very easy to understand with a bit of good will
