Once the item is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. We use post shop Delivery with detailed tracked information, so that you always know the progress of your shipment. Most packages usually take 4-8 days to get to New Zealand, so you will probably have your order in your hands in no time!

RETURNS You have the right to return the product you have purchased for any reason and request full refund. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage, as well as safely packaging the item and monitoring the shipping progress. it will not be held liable in case of loss or accidental damage of the returned package.
