Cotton neck Kerchief (scarf) attaches on with velcro at the neck (no tying on necessary). Fabric used for kerchief may differ from photo, but will be similar (red/white checks or spots).

Vinyl vest wipes clean and is machine washable. Kerchief can be detached and machine washed.

Made to last and tested in local kindys.
