All parcels including rural are couriered, tracked and you are emailed your parcels details. I send to all addresses and in the instance of a P.O box or Island addresses; NZ post track & trace will be used and tracking details kept at my end if you require.

Most parcels are received next business day after payment made, one - two more days for rural/ Lower south island.
