• All parcels are sent using Pass the Parcel Courier, including Rural delivery (however we can’t send items to PO Boxes and the Hauraki Gulf Islands). Normally you will receive an email with the tracking code.
• Signature not required unless requested.

COLLECTION

• Goods must be collected within 7 days of auction close.
• Our shop and pick-up point is located upstairs at 15 Auburn St, Grafton (next to the EMA building) - Trading hours Mon-Sat 9.00am-3.00pm.
