PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) is a very easy material to work with. It is highly recommended for those who may be new to 3D printing. It provides excellent glossy finish, good rigidity, excellent layer adhesion, high strength and has limited need for support structures. PLA is bio degradable - so its gentle on the environment. Not all plastics are equal and not all of the cheapest ones work as well as you would want them to. Getting a good quality PLA that works well for your printer is crucial to limit the issues that 3D prints face. All our filament is tested & proven to be working perfectly with popular 3D printers before we sell it. Each spool comes on a 1 kilo or 0.5 kilo Roll at a very affordable price.
