Listing is for an HP Officejet Pro 6970 Multifunction printer copier and scanner.
Approx 3 yrs old
Black ink isn’t printing. Other colors work. Scanner and copier works fine (not black though).
Doesn’t come with cartridges. As part of testing to fix I through the old ones out.
Did automatic print head cleaning but still won’t print. Tried a new black cartridge but didn’t work (note I’m using that cartridge in another printer now).
Someone with some knowledge may be able to clean or unblock the print heads but it is beyond me so selling.
