This is an LSI MegaRAID 8704EM2 SAS/SATA RAID card. Card is in excellent working condition and I was using it until I listed it on trademe. I did RAID 5 on four 2TB drives it will pull over 100 MB/s.
RAID card comes with connector to 4 SATA drive. Card supports the following RAID mode:
RAID 0 RAID 1 RAID 5
