IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PURCHASING:

1. This item is made from glitter card stock which is a thick card. It is intended as a single use item. If you are not quite sure if this suits you, please do not purchase. The glitter is on the front only, the back is white.
2. As the word needs to be cut out in one piece, all the letters will be linked and dots over letters like 'i' will be omitted.
3. Processing time starts from when you give us the name and colour. Ideally, send this through with your address in the box for Delivery Instructions. We may not be able to follow up straight away if you do not send us details, this will delay your order.
4. This is for a single word/name only. At this stage we do not offer custom phrases. You are welcome to order a word that isn't a name.
5. I'm sorry but we cannot rush orders. We process all orders ASAP, but as this is a custom item, has to be created from scratch.

At Cake Warehouse, we send orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day. Orders after 11am are shipped the next working day.

Shipping is free on orders over $100 when items are added to the Trade Me cart.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Pay shipping on the largest item (the one with the highest shipping price), then $0.00 thereafter. Please don't be offended if we ask for correct payment if you pay shipping on a smaller item.
