The VARTA Universal charger is fast and flexible, ready when you need it most. It has the capacity to charge AA, AAA, C, D and 9 v batteries. With an efficient power supply with worldwide usage and timer cut off for maximum safety and an LED display you will always know the status of your batteries.

Well-built and a compact desktop size: you can rely on this charger to remain in perfect working order time after time. The bad cell, alkaline and wrong polarity detection means that if you accidentally use a standard alkaline battery or try to charge a broken battery, the charger will stop and limit the risk of damage. The charger will take up to four batteries at once; 9 v batteries can be charged individually or in pairs, and AA, AAA, C and D batteries can be charged in groups of two or four.
