Those brands might have 3000mAh, 4000mAh, or even over 5000mAh printed on them, however it is simply not true. If you've purchased those batteries, we suggest you demand your money back as you're a victim of fraud. A Google search about "fraudulent 18650" will begin to elucidate the situation.

Please be aware that the quality of the battery and charger is extremely important. Poor quality li-ion batteries can be dangerous (google “Ultrafire explode” to see for yourself). We do not stock many cheap, poorly made brands such as Ultrafire, Boruit, Trustfire etc. as they are never the stated capacity and have a risk of exploding or simply bursting into flames. The chargers of these brands are also of poor quality.
