The D7000 was released to sit between Professional Level, and Mid-Level Cameras in the Nikon line, earning it Pro-Amateur Status. It sits above the 3000, and 5000 series of Nikon camera and has the ability to use nearly all Nikon lenses.

The shutter count is only 34,723 (see photo). That sounds alot, but it's just 23% of the 150,000 clicks that they built these things for. There should be plenty of life left in this one yet.

My D7000 was normally paired up with an 18-300mm Nikon lens and used as my primary camera for the past two years. I upgraded to FX a few months ago and now have listed this kit, and the 18-300mm (separately). I have also listed a fantastic soft case that fits the D7000.
