Brand new in unopened box. Brought from Harvey Norman in Australia. I work on and off in Australia and when the opportunity arises I bring one of these home to sell as they are cheaper there. I’ve never seen them drop much below $997 in NZ at JB Hifi or Harvey Norman so save yourself a hundred bucks. I have brought a few of both the Gen l and ll Play:5's over for sale in the past and we have had one of each ourselves for a number of years which have been awesome and faultless. Never had an issue with any of the ones we've sold and I'm so confident in the quality of Sonos I will personally guarantee this speaker myself and will refund your money if you have any issues in the first 12 months.
