2. For listings with multi-options (e.g. colour, size, etc.), please advise your preference upon purchase. Should we not have the notification before packing, a random selection will be given.
3. For delivery disputes, we will liase with the Courier on behalf of the customer. Refunds or Redelivery will proceed on a case-by-case basis AFTER our correspondence with the courier. Signature delivery is recommended for delivery areas with frequent missing packages.
