How to use it:

1. Put the GoPro camera into either Frame/Skeleton Housing/Waterproof Housing (NOT Included) and connect the buckle with the thumbscrew.
2. Put the buckle onto the quick remove mount of the suction cup.
3. Make sure the buckle connecting quick remove mount securely.
4. Adjust the nylon strap to hold securely on your head.
