The apartment overlooks large, landscaped, green grounds, with many trees and other plants.

It has two double bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower over a bath; toilet, a small but practical kitchen and a separate laundry room.

It is close to all amenities and within walking distances to Ponsonby road, Western Park, K road, Victoria park, CBD, Silo park, Viaduct Harbour, and more.

The bedroom has built in storage and curtains. It is to be let out unfurnished but some basic furniture can be provided if needed e.g. single bed, chair.

The remaining of the apartment is furnished but the new flatmate can bring in his/her own stuff to add/store.

The weekly rental fee for each flatmate is $260.00 pw + 50% of the bills of power, unlimited broadband internet & some cleaning material.

It is also possible to arrange for an inclusive weekly rental fee of $330.00pw, that would cover all of the above-mentioned bills.

Each flatmate would usually buy and prepare his / her own food & contribute towards cleaning the shared areas.

The rental fees to be paid on a weekly or fortnightly basis, in advance.

The minimum notice period by the flatmate is 3 weeks.

Move in costs for exclusive of bills are $1,040.00 =1-week rent + 3 weeks security deposit.

Move in costs for inclusive of bills are $1,320.00 =1-week rent + 3 weeks security deposit.

While this arrangement is generally not suitable for couples or small groups, there is also the possibility of letting the apartment in its entirety, about which further details can be provided upon request.
