Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. The house is fully furnished, and the section is fully secure. The room avaliable gets morning sunshine and is quite warm. The current 2 flatmates are both early risers and early to bed, so a quiet person would have an advantage over someone who listens to loud music or TV at night. There are currently 3 cats and a dog living with us, so an animal lover is a must! All utlities are split equally amoungst the flatmates each month. And the cleaning is shared by everyone. Pets negotiable, no smokers.
