I am looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy. This isn’t a party house however we do enjoy the odd beverage. Sorry no couples. 180 pw and includes all expenses except for food. On street parking available and all living areas furnished. Sorry no pets as I already have 2 labradors and a cat. Room is available immediately. Rent to be paid 1 week in advance and 2 weeks rent as bond. References required.
