Memento firmware 1.2e is not yet fully compatible with NZ PS2's, NZ PS2's must use Firmware version 1.1 at present) But
the Memento team are working on a more compatible firmware for NZ/AUS PS2's,

Unfortunately our firmware is still at 1.1 and doesn't have the features of the new 1.2e. When the new firmware comes out you can easily update this device yourself on your PC/laptop thru a USB port, you dont have to send it back to us for that.
