PRODUCT DETAILS

This is a pack of 120, really powerful (for their size), neodymium, "rare earth" magnets. This type is about 10 times more powerful than traditional ferrite or ceramic magnets. One magnet to another (or to 0.4 mm steel) has a pull of around 150 grams.

Dimensions: 2.5mm diameter and 1.5mm thick. They are nickel plated for durability. Strength Rating: N52, the strongest made. Many magnets sold in NZ are N35 (especially if not specified), which are a lot weaker.

Potential Uses:

• Tiny latches & closures (Wooden boxes, doors, etc)
• Frictionless spring (either tension or compression)
• Triggering reed switches and other actuators
• Attaching components for Warhammer and other war game figures.
• Attaching components for Dropzone Commander, Flames of War, etc
