What is Dry Oil?

Dry Oil body spray is essentially a lotion that you simply spray on your skin (but in oil form). It's a great alternative to regular lotion. A veil of mist helps the oil-based treatment spread evenly across long limbs, leaving a non-greasy, almost matte yet softly scented finish.

This is a result of one of its key ingredients: Cyclomethicone. It is the component that leaves your skin feeling soft and silky after you apply the dry oil spray. Cyclomethicone is a versatile substance consisting of unmodified silicone. The structure of the molecules is more like a circle rather than a chain of other silicones. Also the molecules cannot be absorbed past the upper living skin cells because they are too big. Instead the dry body oil spray attached to the top layer of the skin, helps the mixed-in fragrance or moisturizer stick on to the skin such that they can be absorbed and "do their thing."
