Milly J Design is a cottage industry located in Whangarei, Northland NZ. Established in 2005, owner Beth makes handcrafted Wheat Bags and Lavender Eye Pillows using quality locally sourced materials. Her home is filled with the relaxing aroma of lavender as orders are lovingly prepared for distribution through out New Zealand.

In August 2016, I released a beautiful range of Organic Cotton Wheat Bags that are made with 100% Certified Organic Cottons. The fabric is soft to touch and comes in a lovely range of hand-painted designs. Filled with Certified Organic Wheat and organic lavender flowers with a few drops of organic lavender oil … Just lovely!

All my Wheat Bags are double stitched and made using quality fabrics and materials. I ONLY use 100% Certified Organic Wheat that is grown in NZ without chemical sprays and fertilisers.

Wheat Bags when heated to the directions provide drug free and natural relief to sore and tightened muscles or aching joints and can be applied to any area of your body. Excellent for managing hip and knee pain and to provide relief for arthritic joints as heat therapy is an effective way of increasing blood flow and so improving circulation. The soft material and segmented design allows the heated wheat bag to be comfortably placed on all areas for relief from pain and relaxation. Simply heat for 1-3 mins in a microwave with a glass of water.

Alternatively use your Wheat Bag chilled and apply to bruises and sprains as cold Wheat Bags are very effective for reducing swelling and information. Simply place in the freezer in a plastic bag.
