The Firefly is an extremely lightweight (~12kgs) electric wheelchair. It operates off a sporting wheelchair used in rugby or basketball. It’s highly manoeuvrable, fast and efficient. It can turn on a dime and quickly reach speeds of up to 20 km/hr. A single charge will allow at least 2 hrs of heavy use. We would prefer to sell this with the advertised Toyota Ractis - see seller’s page. The Firefly and Ractis provided a fantastic option for our family, enhancing mobility options, while reducing any burden on the caregiver.
