At approximately 10cm square these little packs once heated in the microwave (for approximately 20 seconds each) make ideal hand warmers for walks on cold days, are great for sore ears or any small aches. They are equally good kept in the freezer for little bumps and tired eyes. The packs would also be a great comfort for breastfeeding mums.
