• Inspiration Cards. Our popular inspiration cards contain 30 cards with quotes to calm, soothe, and inspire. Each card is made on 210gsm card, size 88.9 x 63.5mm. A set of 30 inspiration cards come in a hessian wrap, with one silver pendant (note: the black stones in the pictures do not come with the cards).
• Worry Stone. A polished gemstone that can be held in the hand in times of upset or concern. You will receive one of the options in the photo.
• Herbal Tea. In times of stress, making yourself a cup of tea and sitting in a quiet place can do wonders. This pack includes three herbal tea sachets.
• Stress Relief Bach Flower Essences. Each essence has been specifically chosen to help with calming the mind, releasing worry, relieving stress and finding balance in your emotions. Simply put 2-3 drops under the tongue when feeling overwhelmed.
• Pulse Point Oil. Organic jojoba oil is blended with therapeutic aromatherapy oils and placed in a roller bottle. Apply to pulse points (wrists, behind knees, behind ears) to get the therapeutic benefits of essential oils both aromatically and via the skin.
• Gratitude Notebook. A blank notebook has been included in this beautiful Happiness pack with ideas for creating a gratitude journal. When we are feeling low, we tend to forget about all of the good things in our lives This notebook can be used to bring awareness to all of the good in your life.
