Bought this set New, and been used for 2yrs. Still in very good condition. Has a little bit of paint that has come one ladder handle as shown in the close up photo, and the laminate started to peel up on top ladder step edge, but has been glued back down as also shown in close up photo. Otherwise in near new condition and is a very solid unit. The end with the desk is the same as the other end but looks like it's solid in the photos because we had a bookshelf backing onto it.

Comes with original instruction manual how to assemble and all original bolts and fittings. Selling as have upgraded to a Queen bed, so no longer needed.

Is disassembled now, so its easy to pick up and go to new home.
