Never used, bought around last Christmas for my mum, but did not made her travel as the COVID 19 spreads. So been store since then.
No mark no stain at all, has kept with cover. It’s very comfortable as it’s suits any preference from soft to firm as it has slow rebound system. It supports the spine very well no matter the weight is light or heavy.
