Stainless steel Commercial Meat cooker or Fat Clarifier with lid and on wheels. Single phase. This was used to cook meat in a commercial wholesale pie bakery up until I retired in 2019. Stored since but I need the room now. it was used every day to cook 50kg minced meat or diced steak meat with 60 litres of water and thickeners so has a big yield. To cook this it would take approx 5 hours to boiling point. It is a oil jacked cooker, but we ran it utilizing just the bottom elements so meat was slower cooked to tenderize. It does not have a heat setting on it just a full on and this suited our needs but one could easily be added. We also used it on occasion to cook small batches of chicken meat 10kg 8 litres water which took about 1 hour. Could be used to render fat I guess in a butchers shop.
