A professionally build basket press. Wood is Kahakatea (NZ White Pine) the basket capacity is approx 30litres. The basket is 500mm high and 300mm diameter. The screw in the centre has a 3/4 inch acme coarse thread for quick action. Almost any fruit can be pressed in this basket press.Simple to use but all apples must be macerated before pressing them. ie You cannot press whole apples in the press
