Here's the story...

The United Nations Outer Space Treaty of 1967 states that no government or nation can own extra-terrestrial property - or that on other planets. However, it neglected to mention that individuals and corporations could not own it. In November 1980, upon spotting this loophole, Dr. Dennis M. Hope (from America) made a Declaration of Ownership of the seven other planets in our solar system along with all the moons and Pluto. He sent it to the United Nations and the American and Russian governments. Then he established "The Lunar Embassy" to sell claims to the land under. Since then it has grown and grown with millions of owners of extra-terrestrial real estate claims from 176 countries, including many famous people and celebrities. You will receive a certificate of title for your land claim in the following three parts (as pictured here):

• Lunar (Moon) Deed with your name (or chosen names) on it
• Lunar Map
• Lunar Codes, Covenants & Restrictions.

You will also receive a copy of the story entitled "YOU OWN THE WHAT?", which is about how The Lunar Embassy was established, and a copy of the initial Declaration of Ownership that Dr. Dennis M. Hope sent to the United Nations and the American and Russian governments in 1980.

All documents will be in soft copy. We no longer produce hard copies to:

• Prevent certificates from getting delayed, damaged or lost in the mail;
• Process orders much quicker;
• Avoid charging extra for the postage & packaging of certificates; and
• Curb our carbon emissions and meet our obligations under the Paris Climate Agreement (2015).
