Teak is the best wood for outdoor furniture as it is a hardwood tree with high levels of natural oil which act as a natural preservative. It has a beautiful grain and colour. Pacific teak furniture is made from the hard heartwood of the teak tree, not soft young wood or outer layers. It is well machined and hand finished using quality old school joinery skills such as mortise and tenon joints.
