Carpet Rose Scarlet rose "Flower Carpet" is a prolific flowering carpet rose. They flower in spring and again in autumn putting on a great show of colour. Flowers are scarlet red, double and fully petalled. Flowers are about 4-5 cm across.

Plants are about 25 cm tall, sparsely leaved, not root bound but need planting out. Plant is potted in PB2 bags.

Scarlet carpet rose is a tough, high-performance gold groundcover rose. It is easy care, requires no spraying and is remarkable disease resistant. It can be pruned using hedge shears if you feel the need or simply left to grow. Bushes grow to 80 cm x 80 cm at maturity and which takes 3 years. For mass effect, plant 3-5 together in a group at 75 cm spacing. They bush out densely and provide good ground cover. They are excellent for growing in pots and containers and keep good shape.

Plants purchased up to noon Saturday each week (except over Christmas-New Year) will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Plants purchased after this time will be shipped a week later. At the time of dispatch you will be sent an email with tracking information.
