ONE AVOCADO TREE SEEDING

Beautiful avocado tree seedling.

As this seeding was grown from a stone, rather than grafted there is no guarantee that it will bear fruit. However, in saying that, I have a large avocado tree in my garden that is presently bearing fruit that I grew from a stone also (which was not grafted) and it bears fruit every year.

The variety of avocado this is - the fruit remains green on the tree and ripens once picked - it does not go black like the hass avocado.

Collection is in Bayswater on the North Shore. As the seedling in growing in the garden, the buyer can dig out when collecting it. It is approximately 7 or 8 cm in height.

There are two photos of the avocado seeding which is for auction. The second photo is of my own avocado tree showing the fruit it bears. The tree bearing the fruit was grown from a stone and not grafted.
