EACH PIECE IS INDIVIDUALLY HANDCRAFTED FROM AN ORIGINAL DESIGN BY KEITH AT MODENART NZ, SO NO 2 ARE EVER THE SAME.

Reeds are 45+-mm in diameter on 270- 300mm +- high & 1.8m high (overall) on a solid 6mm steel rod. The reeds have fine lines and can have knots &/or bark seams.

You can hammer them in to different heights to suit your needs-they will not break. They are solid and unbreakable, will sway around gently in the breeze & if it blows really hard make a quiet & soothing knocking noise!

The reeds are oiled with genuine DANISH OIL to enhance the grain and colour. They will last forever with an occasional sand and oil -no watering & will never die! Macrocarpa is a naturally durable timber which makes it a great organic alternative to treated timbers as there are no nasty chemicals.
