Parabeam® LITE is a high performance wireless driveway alarm that sounds an alert in your home whenever a visitor drives or walks through its detection beam.

The detection beam itself can span up to 40m of open ground. Wireless operating range between the beam-set and base receiver is typically 100m through a few obstacles but not dense bush or ground.

This auction is for: 1x SINGLE beam-set kit with 4-zone receiver.

Our beam-sets rely on the rock-solid principle of a ‘photoelectric beam’ - a precise detection beam between two points, at a known height above ground. When the beam is crossed by a solid object the intrusion is communicated to a base receiver which may be located a long distance away from the beam-set.

Various expansion options are possible such as receiving an alert via a text message from our 3G communicator (see our other auctions which include this). This function is controlled from your phone via text messages.

All of our systems have a 3-year warranty and excellent technical support and all are serviceable outside of warranty.

This kit will require suitable posts for the beam-set and the receiving antenna will need to be mounted on an elevated location. There is a 10m coaxial cable that connects it to its receiver. If you are fairly ‘handy’, none of this requires a professional installer.
